Alumni Meet 2024 (Selective Elite Alumni)

IITM Alumni Association organized an Alumni Meet on September 28, 2024 for the Selective Elite Alumni. The event was a homecoming for the Alumni, who were welcomed with a warm reception. The day began with a Networking Breakfast, followed by a Lamp Lighting ceremony. The Alumni were then taken to the auditorium for the event, where they were welcomed by the Director. The event included a Cultural Programme, which included performances by the Cultural Committee of the Institute. Some fun games were also conducted for the Alumni. The event ended with a Networking Lunch where everyone got a chance to interact with everyone.

Alumni Meet 2024 - MCA, MBA & BCA Program (MADHUSMRITI & SANSARG)

IITM Alumni Association organized Annual Alumni Meet on March 10, 2024 where we got to meet our beloved Alumni and was a homecoming for them all. The day packed everything in itself right from Ganesh Vandana, energetic anchoring, auspicious lamp lighting, experience sharing by Alumni physically and in online mode from across the world, mesmerizing performances by our cultural societies, delicious food, fun & networking etc. It was truly a day to remember for all of us and we wish our Alumni a success in their career.

Alumni Meet 2023 (MADHUSMRITI - MBA Program)

It was another day to remember when we got to meet our beloved Alumni during the Alumni Meet (for MBA course) on March 19, 2023. The event was hosted by IITM Alumni Association and Annual General Meet was conducted too. It was not only nostalgic moment for the Alumni to come back to the college but also for our team. Event started with Networking Breakfast, Lamp Lighting, Saraswati Vandana, lot of fun events, experience sharing by Alumni (even from outside India), great performances by our bright Cultural Team and followed by Networking Lunch. Sharing few glimpses of the event which shall be remembered and cherished by everyone involved in the event for long.

Alumni Meet 2022 (UG students)- SANSARG

Alumni Association of Institute of Information Technology & Management organized an Alumni Meet on April 23, 2022 for Under Graduate students. The alumni meet aimed to foster a sense of community among alumni, while supporting a sense of belongingness to the institution. Students were welcomed with the registration process followed by networking breakfast. After that, the students were taken to the auditorium for the event, It began with Lamp Lighting and Saraswati Vandana, after that Prof. (Dr.) Prerna Mahajan, Director, IITM and Dr, Deepika Arora, President Alumni Association addressed the Audience. The Cultural Programme was also organized by Cultural Committee of the Institute which includes performance by ENGRAVERS-the Music society, RAP NAGRI, PARINDEY- Dramatics society, INCUBUS-Western Dance society, STAND UP comedy act, ROYALS OF PUNJAB- Bhangra society. Some fun games were also conducted for the Alumni.

Alumni Meet MBA & MCA - 2021

Institute of Information Technology & Management organized Alumni Meet for Postgraduate students on March 13, 2021. The alumni meet was targeted to foster a sense of community among alumni. The event commenced at 10 am, where students were welcomed with High Tea. The students meanwhile interacted with the faculty and their batch mates and remembered the good old days. The meet was inaugurated by Ms. Seema Sharma, Member – Governing Body, Mr. Shiva Sharma, Executive Director, Prof (Dr.) C.P. Chawla, Director, Institute of Innovation in Technology & Management and Mr. R.K. Singh, Director, Indraprastha Institute of Technology & Management. Further, Cultural programmes were organized which included group dance performance, mono act and mashup music (live) performed by junior students. Some Management fun games Like word puzzles/maze, tambola etc. were also played to up the fun tempo for the Alumni. Event was ably anchored by team of current batch students from BBA & BCA programmes.The alumni shared their beautiful cum enriching experience with the audience and also thanked the faculty cum staff for their support and encouragement.All the students were given a memento as a token of love and remembrance. The event reminded students of the beautiful time they had spent in the Institute.

Alumni Meet BBA & BCA - 2019

Institute of Information Technology & Management organized an Alumni Meet on December 7, 2019. The alumni meet aimed to foster a sense of community among alumni, while supporting a sense of connectedness back to the institution. The event commenced at 10 am, where in after the registration, the students were taken for High Tea followed by Lunch. The students meanwhile interacted with the faculty and their batch mates and remembered the good old days. After that, the students were taken to the auditorium, Dr. C.P. Chawla, who further welcomed the students back to the institute. In the second session, Cultural Programme was organised, which included solo performance and mono act performed by cultural students. Some Management fun games Like Quiz etc. was also conducted for the Alumni by the team of faculties (Dr. Malvika Srivastava,Ms. Tamanna Goel & Ms. Sristi).The alumnus shared their beautiful experience with the audience and also thanks the faculty for their support and encouragement. All the students were given a memento as a token of love and remembrance. The event reminded students of the beautiful time they had spent in the Institute.

Alumni Meet MCA - 2019

Institute of Information Technology and Management organised Alumni Meet for MCA students on April 6, 2019 to refresh old relationships and develop new ones with MCA students. Alumni meet developed the sense of ownership among the alumni gathered at their Alma Mater. The students interacted with the faculty and their batch mates thereby going down the memory lanes of their college days. The event was inaugurated by the lamp lighting ceremony. Alumni got a chance to observe changes & developments in the college campus over last few years. Special cultural programme and fun games were organized for the audience. Alumni shared their experiences of outside world and how far the strong foundation laid by Institute has taken them ahead in life. The Alumni Meet proved to be a perfect platform for the Alumni to meet and of course revive the bonds with their peers and teachers.

Alumni Meet MBA - 2019

Institute of Information Technology & Management organized an Alumni Meet for MBA students on February 23, 2019. Alumni meet focussed to foster a sense of ownership and connect with passout MBA students. The students interacted with the faculty and their batch mates thus remembering the good old days. Director welcomed the alumni and shared the progress report. made by Institute in last few years. Cultural Programmes was organised which included two songs, a group dance performance and a monologue act. A fun Tambola game was also conducted for the Alumni. The Alumni shared their beautiful experience with the audience and also thanked the faculty for their support and encouragement. The event ended with a Networking Lunch where everyone got a chance to interact with everyone.
